Sweet Wedding to Remember: $2795 Absolute Maximum of  25 guests Cake, Sparkling Cider and Coffee Ceremony and/or Reception for up to 25 guests, between 11 am and 3 pm (extra charge on holiday weekends) Minister Guest book table Gift table Recorded music Wedding Coordinator Wedding cake for 25 China, glass and silverware Coffee, Sparkling Cider, Iced Tea  5 round tables with chairs and linen tablecloths Crystal toasting flutes for bride and groom Dressing room for brides and attendants Dressing room for groom and groomsmen  Set up and clean up  2 hour ceremony and reception, 1 hour dressing and or photo time, 1 hour rehearsal, set up, etc time for a total of 4 hours. Event must end before 3 pm.  For events lasting past 3 pm, add $900.
