Facility Only Rental for Wedding Receptions and Parties Includes  use of all common rooms downstairs:  Parlor, Library,  Grand Entry Hall,  Dining Room Outside verandah and gardens One bedroom with bath downstairs for dressing and one bedroom with bath upstairs for dressing.  Caterers will be given use of the kitchen for food set-up. Pricing reflects events up to an absolute maximum of 25 guests for an inside or outside event  4 hours event time is included with 2 hours extra time before the wedding for photos, or the day before for rehearsal. Extra hours may be available, at a charge of $500 per hour.
