Have your Meetings - Retreats - Corporate Events in the splendor of an antebellum style historic Texas mansion.

• Includes the use of all downstairs common areas: Grand Entry Hall, Library, Dining Room, Outside Verandah and Gardens.
• Includes  Buffet Expanded Continental Breakfast or Lunch, Coffee, Iced Tea and Soft Drinks.

• Pricing reflects a maximum of  25 guests for an indoor or  outdoor event.

• 6 to 8 hours time is included, within the time spans listed below, with extra hours available at a charge of $500 per hour.    

• Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 9 pm: $1480 per day
• Friday or Saturday, 11 am to 10 pm: $2300 per day
• Sunday, 11 am to 9 pm:  $1600 per day

Weddings and parties are not included at these prices.
